Mayank Patel

Mayank is a Senior Executive with 16+ years experience within the International Space, IT and Aerospace industries. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics from Bath, Mayank joined the Space division of Science Systems plc. While at Science Systems he held Development, Project Management, Consultancy, Business Development and Account Management positions within the Space Divisions.

Most recently Mayank was European Operations Director for L-3 Communications - a USA based corporation, where he led the re-structuring and re-building of European Business within the Space marketplace. In particular he was responsible for liaising with other L-3 Divisions and briefing Senior Managers within the large Prime contractors (Astrium, EADS, Paradigm, Alcatel and Alenia), leading Space companies (Telespazio, OHB, Gavazzi, QinetiQ) and End-Users (ESA, ASI, Inmarsat, Eutelsat, New Skies, Hispasat, Telenor, Arabsat, SES, SSC), within Europe.
